Hi, I'm Lisa!

As a certified intentional living coach and the founder of Living Intently, I help women live with intention so they can experience a life that’s abundant, grounded, and authentic.

This work is deeply personal to me. I grew up with a gap for a father and a deep hole around my worth. I’ve personally navigated tough resets like moving across continents alone, figuring out my identity separate from what life made me think it was, rebuilding after heartbreak, healing from an eating disorder, and being laid off due to organizational changes and toxic culture.

Through it all, I’ve learned how to respond to life with confidence, rather than reacting in fear. I know what it’s like to feel lost, insecure, and self-critical, and I also know what it’s like to live a life steady in faith, rich in self-respect, and full of love and healthy, feminine strength.

With over a decade of experience in personal development, intentional living, and leadership growth, I bring a grounded, Christ-rooted approach to coaching. With a degree in Business Information Systems and years of coaching experience, I combine strategic systems-minded thinking with deep inner work. I’m passionate about helping women cultivate self-worth, confidence, resilience, and wholeness, and helping leaders and teams do the same in the corporate world.

My Coaching Philosophy

Person Writing Notes

A results-focused approach that blends mindset, deep inner work, and practical strategy.

Growth should feel safe for vulnerability, while being supportively challenging, not overwhelming.

True confidence comes from knowing who you are, rooted in Christ and unshakable.

The Heart Behind Living Intently

I created Living Intently after noticing so many women doing everything “right,” yet still feeling like something was missing. Capable, thoughtful, and driven, they often felt disconnected from themselves, their purpose, and the life they truly wanted.

This is all deeply rooted in my own personal journey. There was a season in my own life when I needed support like this, and I didn’t have it. It was one of my toughest times. Therapy was helpful, but I needed something more: accountability, someone to lovingly challenge me when my actions didn’t align with my values or goals, and someone to speak life into my worth and potential. I needed someone to help me get grounded and move forward intentionally.

I believe intentional living isn’t just something we work toward; it’s something we practice daily. I’m drawn to thoughtful living, meaningful conversations, and creating space for reflection and growth.

My perspective has also been shaped by 12 years of classical ballet training, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, intention, steady growth, and also grace when my body was begging to rest.

My faith is a quiet, steady foundation in both my life and my work, guiding how I support women in building confidence in their feminine strength, worth, and resilience.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: small, intentional shifts and accountability is how things change.

True transformation comes when we step beyond comfort,

building skills, mindset, and confidence that elevate both our professional success and personal fulfillment.
