What you can expect from coaching with Lisa Cortes, DFW's transformation coach

What You Can Expect

01 Discovery Call

Your journey begins with a discovery call, focused on uncovering what’s holding you back. Both the coach and coachee must enjoy working together. From there, real progress happens fast.

02 Our Work Together

  • Private Coaching Sessions – Designed to identify blocks, bring mind-shifts, challenge you, and create follow-through. Accountability is big here.

  • Personalized Strategy & Resources – Receive tools, prompts, and practices tailored to your goals and practical action steps.

  • Ongoing Access & Support – Guidance between sessions to celebrate wins, navigate setbacks, and keep you on track.

03 Ps. We Have Proof This Works

Our clients consistently reach 75–90% of their goals in six months, gaining lasting results and momentum along the way. This truly is living with intention and transformation at its finest.

Therapy often focuses on healing the past, diagnosis, and mental health support.

Coaching focuses on taking active steps toward growth and intentionally moving forward with accountability and daily access to support between sessions.

Many women benefit from both as they serve different purposes and can work beautifully together.

If you're ready to create change and step into your next chapter, coaching is the right fit for you.

The biggest thing for me was being able to take her advice to take action outside of our [coaching] sessions because she helped me change my mindset to make better decisions for myself.

Coaching in Life Is Like Coaching in Dance

Even the most talented dancers don’t grow without a coach.

A dance coach doesn’t just teach you steps. They notice the small things you can’t see. They refine your technique, correct subtle misalignments, and push you beyond what you thought you were capable of. The result? Breathtakingly beautiful performances that reflect strength, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.

Without a coach, it’s easy to repeat the same patterns, miss subtle adjustments, or hold yourself back without realizing it.

Life works the same way.

Our coaching helps you:

  • See blind spots

  • Break patterns that keep you behind

  • Get clear what you truly want

  • Stay accountable to your growth

  • Move forward with confidence and intention

You don’t need to be struggling to benefit from coaching, just like dancers don’t wait until they’re failing to work with a coach. We've seen that the most powerful growth happens when someone is walking alongside you, helping you step into your next level with intention.

FAQS

1. How do I know if this is for me?

If you're a woman who values holistic and bible-based coaching, this may be a great fit. Many women come to us feeling stuck, sensing something is off, or wanting to feel like themselves again, but are unsure where to start.

If you're ready for growth and meaningful change, this could be the next right step. Want to explore this more? Give our article a read here.

 2. What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past, mental health support, and diagnosis. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and centered on growth and intentional change. In coaching, we work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, overcome challenges, and move toward your goals with support and accountability.

Many women benefit from both; they simply serve different purposes.

3. Who do you work with?

We work with women who are coachable and ready for change, whether they’re stepping into something new or simply wanting to feel like themselves again. Many of our clients are seeking more confidence, more freedom, less overthinking, fear, and self-doubt. Most of all, they want accountability and a trusted 3rd party voice in their lives.

4. How long does coaching last?

Typically, we work with women for a few months, as lasting transformation takes time and consistency. We’ll discuss the best fit for you during your discovery call.

5. Do you have payment options?
Yes! We accept debit cards, credit cards, and in some cases, FSA cards. We also offer Gift Cards.

6. Where are you based?

We’re based in Grand Prairie, Texas, but we work with women everywhere. All sessions are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you're most comfortable.
