 What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Counseling often includes diagnosis and or the implementation of solutions and focuses greatly on healing from the past. Coaching, on the other hand, is all about the coach and client's collaboration for future-focused growth. In this way, the coach guides the client by means of discovery-based methods and frameworks, offering support and keeping the client accountable as they work toward their goals.​​

Who do you work with?

We work with women who are ready for a fresh start, stepping into something bold, or done holding themselves back. They may be coming out of burnout, heartbreak, or a major life shift, or stepping into something new. They're ready for real change, like more confidence, more freedom, less overthinking, fear, and self-doubt. Most of all, they want to feel like themselves again, to have direction and be grounded.

How long does coaching last?

The length of coaching varies depending on each individual's goals and needs. Typically, I work with women for a few months or more, as lasting transformation takes time and commitment.
