Hi, I'm Lisa!

I’m a certified Life Coach and the founder of Living Intently, where I help women live with intention so they can experience a life that’s abundant, grounded, and authentic to who they’re becoming.

This work is deeply personal to me. I grew up with a gap for a father and a heavy ache around my worth. I’ve navigated tough resets, like moving from one continent to another alone, figuring out my identity, rebuilding after heartbreak, healing from an eating disorder, and honestly, so much more.

 

Through it all, I’ve learned how to respond to life with confidence, rather than reacting in fear or being dragged along by it. I know what it’s like to feel lost, insecure, and self-critical, and I also know what it’s like to live a life that’s steady in faith, rich in self-respect, and full of love and healthy, feminine power.

With over a decade of experience in personal development, building discipline, and intentional living, I bring a grounded, Christ-rooted approach to my coaching methodology. My passion lies in helping women cultivate self-worth, confidence, resilience, and wholeness in every area of life. I believe true fulfillment comes from knowing who and Whose we are, nurturing our inner world, and intentionally choosing growth, day by day.
